After you finish the drug and alcohol course, you can take your driver license test at a Florida driver license (or DMV) office. This is the test that asks you 20 questions on Florida road rules and 20 questions on road signs. Before you attempt this test, you should study the Florida drivers handbook.
Individuals who already possess a Florida driver license; those who have possessed a Florida driver license at one time; those who have been licensed in another U.S. state, and people who have a driver license from a country that is accepted by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. The State of Florida learner permit course is a requirement of §322.095, Florida Statutes.
