Contest Rules

Each month, a lucky winner who has completed the Florida drug and alcohol course (the "START" course) on this website will receive a FREE $50 gift card to a popular retailer (Wal-Mart, Target, Amazon.com, etc.). Winners will be selected using an automated randomizer on the first day of each month from a list of persons who completed the START course during the preceding month.

The following contest rules apply:

• Winner will have paid course fee.
• Winner will have completed course in accordance with state-imposed standards, rules, and laws.
• Winner will have been issued a certificate of completion.
• Winner’s mailing address will have been verified through the use of an e-mail and / or phone call by DTA to the prospective winning party to confirm that said party’s address of record (e-mail address that was recorded during course registration) is a valid address.
• Winner must be at least 13 years of age at the time of course registration in order to be eligible to receive a prize. Any winner between the ages of 13 and 18 must provide the e-mail address of his or her parent or legal guardian. Minors under the age of 18 who are selected to win a prize will also be required to provide Sponsor with a Parent / Guardian Consent Form authorizing DTA to ship a gift card to the designated winner. The Parent / Guardian Consent Form must be signed by the parent or legal guardian and returned by fax or mail to an address or fax number provided on the form within 7 days of notification. Any minor who does not provide the Parent / Guardian Consent Form within 7 days will forfeit the right to be awarded a prize.
• Employees of Driver Training Associates, Inc., and members of their immediate family are not eligible. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

DTA reserves the right to discontinue this promotion or change the terms governing this promotion without notice.

The Gift Card Giveaway Contest is governed by these Official Rules. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and understand that the results of the Giveaway are final in all respects. All decisions regarding the Giveaway including, but not limited to, winner selection, will be made by DTA, whose decisions shall be final and binding in all respects.

DTA is not responsible for (i) lost, late, delayed, misdirected, unintelligible, or incomplete electronic mail; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; (iii) errors in transmission; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of DTA which may cause the Giveaway to be disrupted or misused; or (v) any inaccurate information caused by any reason, including, without limitation, the DriverLicenseSchool.com website, users, equipment, or human or technical errors relating to the submission of entries.

By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to release and hold DTA and its respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, affiliates, representatives and agents harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind arising out of or relating to the Giveaway or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage, and any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. The Giveaway may be modified, canceled, terminated, or suspended in whole or in part without prior notice for any reason, including, without limitation, computer virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, mechanical or electronic problems or other causes beyond the control of DTA which corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Giveaway. Offer void where prohibited and subject to federal, state and local laws.
